What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address, chosen session, preferred date, and message. If you write to us directly, we keep the correspondence. At the room we may note the first name on the appointment book. We do not ask for recovery phrases, private keys, wallet balances, or government identity numbers.

Why we use it

We use these details to answer the inquiry, hold a chair, take the fee by bank transfer, and, if you ask, send a note about a workshop date. The lawful basis is steps toward a contract and, for optional workshop notices, your request. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it to advertise third-party token sales.

Retention

Inquiry emails and appointment notes are kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted from the reading-room mailbox and the paper book. Fee records required for tax are kept for the period Korean tax law requires, separate from the session notes. A session sheet you wrote stays with you; we do not file a copy.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or a limit on processing, and you may object to a workshop mailing. Write to hello@clarityjunction.click. You may also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea. We will respond within the period that statute sets.

International transfers

Reading-room mail is handled by staff in Busan. This website is a static site. Loading typefaces from Google Fonts sends your IP address and browser data to Google when a page opens. If a future mail host stores messages outside Korea, we will name that host on this page before we use it. We do not move wallet data, because we do not collect it.
