Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Clarity Junction website and attendance at the reading room. The official registered business name is Clarity Junction, established in 2022. By sending a booking request or attending a session, you accept these terms.

The service

Clarity Junction provides in-person study at its reading room in Busan: the private responsibility session, the transaction-reading workshop, and the eight-week reading-room term. Visitors keep sole control of their wallets, recovery phrases, and funds. Staff point at screens and explain lines. They do not sign, custody assets, or select investments.

Bookings

A date is held when we confirm it by email and receive the published fee by bank transfer. Rates on the rates page are the fees in force until we change that page. A change does not alter a visit already confirmed.

Conduct in the room

Visitors are adults aged 19 or over. Devices stay in the visitor’s hands. Recording another person’s screen is refused at the door. We may end a visit if the room cannot stay calm, and the refund page explains the fee in that case.

Intellectual property

Session sheets, workshop previews, binders, and the text and photographs on this website belong to Clarity Junction unless a page says otherwise. You may keep the sheet you filled in by hand and copy a checklist into your notebook for personal study. You may not republish the binders or the printed previews.

Liability

Study sessions explain how to read a Solana wallet prompt. Decisions to sign, to store a phrase in a particular place, or to send funds are yours. Clarity Junction is not liable for losses that follow a signature you approved, a phrase you stored, or a network fee you accepted. We remain responsible for death or injury caused by our negligence, and for any liability that the law of the Republic of Korea does not allow us to limit.

Website use

The pages are provided for information about the reading room. You will not attempt to disrupt the site or submit another person’s contact details as if they were your own. Field notes are general explanations of wallet care. Your own transaction still needs to be read on the day you sign it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Busan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from a visit or from use of this website, without limiting any mandatory consumer right you have.
