Refunds and moved dates

Fees are paid by bank transfer to hold a chair. This page explains when that fee comes back, when it is kept, and how to ask. It covers the private responsibility session, the second-device add-on, the transaction-reading workshop, and the eight-week reading-room term.

Private session

Cancel 48 hours or more before the start time and the session fee, including any second-device add-on, is refunded in full. Cancel inside 48 hours and half the fee is refunded. If you do not attend, the fee is retained. Once the session has started, the fee is retained, including when you choose to end early.

Workshop seat

A seat cancelled 48 hours or more before the workshop is refunded in full. Inside 48 hours the seat fee is retained, because the table is capped at six and the empty chair cannot be filled. If we cancel a workshop because fewer than four seats confirmed, every paid seat is refunded in full. Printed previews are prepared for the people in the room; we do not ship them, and a no-show does not receive a separate materials refund.

Reading-room term

If you cancel before orientation, or within 14 days of orientation and before you have sat a study hour, the term fee is refunded in full. After you have used the room, or after those 14 days, the term fee is retained. The orientation conversation is time already given and is not split out as a separate refund.

Rescheduling

You may move a private session or a workshop seat once, without a fee, if you write at least 48 hours ahead and we have another open chair. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the timing rules above. A term start date can move once before orientation.

How to ask, and how the money returns

Email hello@clarityjunction.click with your name, the visit date, and whether you want a refund or a new date. You may also call 0517247061. We confirm eligibility in writing. Approved refunds are sent to the same bank account that paid the fee, within 10 business days after we confirm.

Illness and the room

If you are ill, write before the start time and we will move the date once even inside the 48-hour window. If we must close the room, we offer a new date or a full refund of the unused fee. Work already done, meaning a session that has started or an orientation already given and followed by a study hour, is not refunded.
